Deposit free scheme

There is the option to become a member of the deposit free scheme via Reposit, which will drastically reduce your upfront moving costs. Eligibility criteria 

A credit check and referencing process will be completed prior to your application being accepted. The main things we look for are:

  • No CCJ’s
  •  Good/excellent credit score
  • Good landlord references
  • Good employer references
  • Confirmation that you earn 3x the annual rent. As an example, to rent a £1000pcm apartment, you will need to be earning at least £36,000pa
  • If for any reason a guarantor is required, the same referencing conditions will apply
