Our Market Rent properties are houses or apartments that you would expect to see advertised on a private letting agents website. These are advertised as the same price as properties in the immediate area. Typically you will be able to rent the property for as long as you wish, but there will not be an option available for you to purchase it.

To be eligible for Market Rent, at the time of letting applicants must be working and earning at least 3x the monthly rent per year and be able to pass an affordability and credit check. A deposit equivalent of one months rent will also need to be paid.
