Customers who rent

Those who rent or rent to buy with Plumlife
  • Your tenancy agreement will tell you what your rights and responsibilities are when it comes to repairs and maintenance of your home
  • Your agreement will clearly set out what your responsibilities are, and that of the the landlord

Homeowners

Leaseholders, Shared Owners and Freeholders
  • Your lease agreement will tell you what your rights and responsibilities are when it comes to repairs and maintenance and that of the landlord/freeholder
  • Homeowners are responsible for their own repairs and maintenance to their property. Please check your lease to find more.
  • Homeowners may report issues with communal areas of the building and to exterior communal areas
