The Rent to Buy scheme is effectively a way you can ‘try before you buy’. It allows you to rent your home at a reduced rate, while you save up for a deposit to purchase it in the future.

Local Area

Salford is a fantastic town to live in, just a 20 minute walk into to the bustling City Centre and with a fantastic range of local amenities within easy reach, including a Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Pure Gym and Regent Retail Park which boasts a diverse range of popular retail outlets it isn’t a place you want to miss out on. The town is also home to the The Lowry, the landmark arts venue situated on the waterfront at Media City, which includes an appealing range of cafés, restaurants and bars, as well as the well-known theatre and cinema complex.

 

Being so central, transport options are excellent too with Exchange Quay and Cornbrook Metrolink stations under a 15-minute walk away, and Deansgate train station less 2 miles away. Drivers will also appreciate the convenient access to major road networks, such as the A56, M62 and M60 ring road.
