The Rent to Buy scheme is effectively a way you can ‘try before you buy’. It allows you to rent your home at a reduced rate, while you save up for a deposit to purchase it in the future.

To make the process of securing a home as fair as possible, at the point a new development is launched all customers who have registered on the mailing list will be contacted at the same time via an e-shot. This will provide details of how to book an appointment, either at an off-plan event or show home launch day.
Customers will then be treated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, i.e. the first person who calls to book an appointment will have the opportunity to book the earliest appointment on the launch day.

Salford is a fantastic town to live in, just a 20 minute walk into to the bustling City Centre and with a fantastic range of local amenities within easy reach, including a Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Pure Gym and Regent Retail Park which boasts a diverse range of popular retail outlets it isn’t a place you want to miss out on. The town is also home to the The Lowry, the landmark arts venue situated on the waterfront at Media City, which includes an appealing range of cafés, restaurants and bars, as well as the well-known theatre and cinema complex.
