Customers will then be treated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, i.e. the first person who calls to book an appointment will have the opportunity to book the earliest appointment on the launch day. And on successful completion of all eligibility checks and a financial assessment, as per our Next Steps guide they would then have their first choice of preferred plot at their appointment.

Salford is a fantastic town to live in, just a 20 minute walk into to the bustling City Centre and with a fantastic range of local amenities within easy reach, including a Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Pure Gym and Regent Retail Park which boasts a diverse range of popular retail outlets it isn’t a place you want to miss out on. The town is also home to the The Lowry, the landmark arts venue situated on the waterfront at Media City, which includes an appealing range of cafés, restaurants and bars, as well as the well-known theatre and cinema complex.
