Shared Ownership is an extremely popular scheme for people who can’t quite afford to buy their home outright, which is a very common position for people from all walks of life to be in.
With Shared Ownership you can buy a share in your home now (usually between 25% – 75%), with the option to buy more of it in the future. Higher or lower shares are available up to a maximum of 75%, depending on individual circumstances.
