Shared Ownership Options in Wigan

If you are considering purchasing a new home in Wigan, the price can be a major hurdle to achieving this goal. One way to get around this is to consider buying a shared ownership home. With shared ownership, you can purchase a share in your home (normally between 25% – 75%), so you’ll need a smaller deposit and you’ll pay rent on the share that you don’t own. You will then have the option of buying the home in full further down the line, when you have had time to save more money or if your circumstances change.
