Plumlife’s new Shared Ownership homes at the fantastic Water Mill Gardens site in Prestwich are taking shape.
The 26 homes are a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses being built as part of a larger development and all released to date have been reserved off-plan. There are 65 homes also available for market sale which Plumlife are selling on behalf of Cube Homes.
