Plumlife is celebrating after landing a Highly Commended award for the Best New Development in the North prize at the First Time Buyers Awards 2021.
The shared ownership specialist was honoured for the Belfield Mill development in Rochdale – consisting of 28 three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached homes exclusively for Shared Ownership.
It maintains Plumlife’s fantastic run at the First Time Buyers Awards after winning the Affordable Housing Provider of the Year last year.
