Meet Lina, one of our newest graduate recruits here at Plumlife. We sat down with her to learn what she’s excited about and how our Great Places Growing Greatness Programme will benefit her in her role.

When did you join the organisation and what is your title?
I joined on 17 October as a Graduate Property Manager.
What are you most looking forward to within your role?
I’m most looking forward to having schemes of my own to oversee, as well as being an important part of my team.
How do you think the Growing Greatness programme will benefit you and your development?I believe the programme will allow me to develop my skills and qualifications to be able to progress within the property industry. As well as gaining new skills and utilising them within this industry.
What do you look forward to each day?
I most look forward to working with my team and learning new aspects of the industry.
What is a typical day for you looking like now? / What are you working on at the moment?
A typical day for me at the moment is reading through important RICS documents such as service charges, sinking funds and regulations, and starting to understand leases for the schemes that will be passed over to me.
Tell us one fact about you that may surprise people
I’m not a fan of desserts.
As a Graduate Property Manager at Plumlife, Lina’s responsibilities involve developing and coordinating a comprehensive housing management service for our leasehold and affordable properties (including rented and shared ownership). She also plays a key role in designing proposals for new developments.
